Just recently purchased a new 21SE. I want to install a removable downrigger but i have reservations. I'd like to stay away from a portable rod-holder type deal and go with a penn or cannon that attatches to a removable swivle-base. However, i think the contored gunnels on the boat might present a problem with the base - has anyone out there dealt with this problem?
