Hello Parker owners I have a 26 Osprey with enclosed cabin.It is so nice to have the enclosed cabin to seek refuge from the heat.It is definitely cooler in the cabin than it is out in the sun.With 2 side windows,cabin door and front center window open you get all the air flow that you need.And when it is cold out you can still go out and not worry about freezing.You will find with the enclosed cabin you will use your boat more often summer and winter. I have a aft steering station on my boat and I would not be without it.It was worth every penny .I use it for docking solo and for trolling.You can adjust trolling speed and adjust auto pilot without going inside cabin.It is also great for maneuvering to picking up crab traps or lobster traps in your area..You will use it everytime out..... I can see in to the instruments and out the windshield but not as good as that fella with the attached 2nd station. With sliding side windows there is plenty of air no matter how hot it may be at anything over trolling speed. The flip out windshield is good for slower speeds. I leave the door open and hooked but aided by a bungee cord around the doorknob as the hook and eye is not strong enough for banging around. Plenty of air and I would never go back to a canvas top even for the lack of maintenance on a hard top alone! The cabin is hot when I first open the door but cools down fast.
