For what it's worth, I run a 2520XL with an F225 and, since the boat can't be a rocket anyway due to the ride, the speed is fine at cruise (28-30 @ 4600) with a full load (tackle, cooler, ice, fuel, and 2 or 3 other guys at about 200lbs. each plus whatever is on board- fresh water tank and stuff). Hole shot is fine, too with tabs deployed properly. So, an F250 on the 2320 might be more weight and $ than is worth it.
