Dana: Yes, they project out off the hull by 3". I am not worried about them being sheared off. Firstly, any hole I put in the transom is wetted out with epoxy before the fastener is inserted so I know I've protected the core. But more important, if they're going to get sheared off somehow, that means I got hit somehow. Me thinks I have better things to worry about ... | ||||
