Bill,

Hello. I have a 2830 which is little heavier than the 2820 but not
much. I do most of my boating in the southern california area and
down to about 150 miles south of the border in mexican waters. The
boat runs great in moderate chop. My cruise speed is usually around
24-26kts unless it's really snotty out. My boat is a little heaver
than most though as I have a tuna tower, a cockpit driving station,
driving station in the tower, and 300 gallons of fuel. ... I have
gone to Alaska the last 4 years to Sitka and fished with
Kingfisher charters. Most of their are 2520's. What a
workhorse. .... If you have any more questions that I might be able
to answer, let me know.
