Hi Ksmith Just finished an install on my 2005 23 DVCC. I purchased a Rhodan 36 Volt 84" unit with a 30A NOCO charger. Just did my first trial yesterday, its very cool.

Had a mechanic come over to check it out. Turned out the new fuel sending unit had a bad spot on it. Will order a another new one and try again. Thanks for the link!

Forgot to mention, remove the sending unit and put it in a large glass jar, the float does float.
