It's a 3m adhesive, it will come off with alot of work. Everything is stuck down now. I cant wait to get some blood on it.

Made a v lock quick release mount for my cutting board an a tool holder earlier this week.

Finally got her in the water today and I'm very happy with this engine. I'll be changing to a 17p prop, my wot was 5100 at 44mph.

Everything is back together. Weather permitting I'm going to go run her in the intercoastal tomorrow. I have know idea what to expect out of this prop, it's a 21p. Here are completed pictures. I'll be adding foam flooring in a month or so.
