For what it is worth I just mounted 12 x 24 tabs on mine upgrading from 12 x 12's. I used the same actuators in the same locations but drilled two new holes in the tabs two so the actuators are 2 in of the center of the tab. I used two of the existing holes and added 2 if that makes sense...

Well the Yamaha guys see nothing wrong with the engine. I have ordered 12x24 tabs for the back. A closer look and measurement puts the cavitation plate 2 inches above the keel of the boat. It is set back 24 in so I guess that sounds right. any thoughts are welcome. Thanks to all

Thank you. Be boat is in getting winterized now at the yamaha dealership so I will ask. Any insights on what might make it loose power? Does the engine sound like it is near the correct height?

Thank you all for you help with this. I went with a 2320 with a hard top over the back and a bracket. It is an awsome boat and I love the flush deck of the 2320 over the 2310.
