Thanks for the feedback, guys! Jerry purchased my 21SE that I had posted a few months back and I was trying to help move his 1801. Once the boat is unwrapped, I will post additional pics and talk to him about the price. BTW the boat is in Center Moriches Long Island.

Yes, I let dry and air out for about a week b4 sanding and gelcoat was applied. I didn't have any rot, just wet and stained. It was solid. I also 100% agree about the larger flange. .....Yes I meant 5200. I was on the fence about it but went for the 5200. I guess time will tell what happens...
I noticed brown water stains on the gunnels below each of the rod holders on my 2010 2100SE. Upon removing the rod holders I see the factory didn't seal the holes. I removed each rod holder and coated with gelcoat then sealed topside with 5300. See before after pics.

I recently saw a Parker with a shade that hooked to the rocket launcher on top of the house and two poles in the stern rod holders. I liked it because the biminis seem to have a lot of poles everywhere that prevent landing fish.
