Put the F300 on our 2520 last year and almost doubled our range over our old 225. Most efficient cruise is around 4200 for us if it's calm. Gets around 2MPG when conditions are good. Of course that all goes away if you have to drop the trim tabs Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

We had the same issue some years back. Replaced hoses, gaskets, etc. . Finally cut the deck and was shocked at how many pin holes were in the aluminum tank. The foam was soaking up the gas and the fumes would work into the cabin. Don't mean to discourage you, but that's how it went for us...

Well, the tank has a leak. Drained about 7 gallons from the bilge this past weekend. Time to get out the gas cans and the saw. Thinking about replacing the tank with a stainless tank. Why would the factory not use stainless?

Did not get the pics but did find about 3 quarts of gas in the bilge. Tried the ballon trick and it worked great. Put it on early in the morning with the temp around 36 and went back that afternoon (65 degrees) and the balloon was standing up. Hope that means a sealed tank. I then refilled the...
