Install electronics

Hi all I have a 04 2510 w/a
going to install new electronics ,hull mounted transducer.any tips on how to snake the transducer cable up to the overhead electronics . Thanks guys any tips will be appreciated its a garmin unit

I'm guessing your talking about gettin the cabling thru the pipe?

#1...... Look where the other wires were run.

after that it's a crap shoot....When they build that stuff , there are certain routing that they do....It may be good and then again it may not be so good.

I do a lot of this type stuff. It's different all the time.

The easiest way to fix it is take the boat to a tower shop and have them make you a 2in pipe with flanges on each end.

this is custom built to connect the console to the E-box.
