Anyone have any experience with Kodiak bait tanks? I am in the process of adding one that I bought off a buddy and I am having trouble trying to get the pipe that sets the water level and is the end of the day drain to seal.

Hummmmmmm? I see that one is cut on a angle.....The one I had on my Mako was straight.

They are good tanks......BUT plumbing a tank is always where the work is.

I just explained this in a PM to another fellow.

I've been there done that with a permanent tank..... They are always in the way ,when you don't need them.

It's the drain plumbing that is the pain.

But here is how you overcome it.......BUT....You can't do it with that tank.....It's not tall enough.

I may try getting another piece of pipe and see if I can make that work.

All of the plumbing is in my boat. This tank goes inside the fiberglass piece that attaches to the seat bracket and seat that I am adding and takes up about as much space as the one it is replacing.

A PVC coupling and o ring did the trick for me.

I got the old leaning post and tank out and got this one set in place. I should have the plumbing done this weekend.
