Stock plastic dive ladder mount gave way after several years of abuse. One of my dive buddies is a machinist and check this out these before and after pics..truly bombproof.

That's sweet. I have replaced mine twice due to plastic wearing. Even had the front plate widen on me a couple of times from climbing out with my Scuba BC and weights on.
