Is the boat still for sale ? Are the hours in the ad correct over 1000?
Thanks

Boat is still for sale and the hours are correct. I never turn it off so most were at idle.

Thanks

Boat looks great, wish it had less hrs

I would not be overly concerned with the 1,400 hrs. I would rather have a well maintained 7ish year old boat that has been used than one that has been sitting up. These engines well taken care of should exceed 10,000 hrs easily. This looks like a nice boat. JMO.

Thanks for the compliment shawnee83, you hit the nail on the head with the hours. It has been used 5 seasons and well maintained. See below for data associated with running RPM.

1.Data Logger [Engine operating hours according to engine speed]
Engine speed
- 1000 r/min 562.9
1000 - 2000 r/min 338.2
2000 - 3000 r/min 19.5
3000 - 4000 r/min 302.1
4000 - 5000 r/min 198.5
5000 - 6000 r/min 3.7
6000 - 7000 r/min 0
Total hours of operation 1424

NP. You can clearly see the boat is clean and well cared for. It was a good idea to post the data logs. Truth is in the numbers. As long as lower unit/engine oil and filters have been kept up along with maybe some thermostats by this point, this engine would be in better shape than ones that have sat all the time. I'm sure somebody will recognize this and she will be gone soon. Good luck with the sale!

Thanks, always kept up on the gear and engine oil / filter changes plus t-stats & water pump were done with winterization.
