WTB Parker 23SE

After over 2 years of deliberating we are finally ready to find our first Parker. Just sold our very nice well maintained SeaHunt last week, and after looking for a well cared for Parker in our immediate area we have fallen short. Any help in this endeavor would be greatly appreciated!

Looking for a clean, dry stored and loved boat. We have seen plenty of boats that were abused, beat up, and slapped around - we passed. I am a very anal caretaker and hopefully I can find a like minded seller.
Don't care about a T Top.
Prefer a 4 stroke but depending on price I'd be willing to repower.
