If the box is too full, incoming and outgoing stop.

Go in and delete old messages and you will be OK.

I think they stay in the outbox until they are opened by the recipient. The sent box should actually be a 'received' box.

There are 4 boxes that can contain messages.

Inbox
Saved messages
Outbox
Sent messages

Just checked mine and realized that I'd forgotten to clean out 'Sent messages'.

When you clean out your old stuff, check the 'marked' box to the far right.
Once you have them marked, go down below and select 'Delete marked'.
You will get a warning box asking if you really want to delete them. Click yes and they are gone.

Typically when messages fail to send or be received, it's because something is too full and holding everything up.

As a rule, no... but we do it on a case by case basis.
If you see something that doesn't look right, let me know.

Go ahead and put them in the For Sale area.
They are Parkers after all. :)
