How to remove alloy zinc at head.

Does anyone know how to remove the zinc on motor head ( Suzuki 250 ). I don't want to damage the plate or head trying to pry them off. I saw a video to screw the bolt back in with only a few threads. The plate has threads also. That not working. Any help.

I got 6 off and cleaned for now. I flush this motor every time I use it. With only 110 hours they were bad. These zinc should be checked and replaced every season. $5 bucks each.
