Look up to the oil pan and there is the power shaft and uses a seal through pan is leaking is m2cw

Or oil pan is leaking. Take off mid section covers and inspect

That looks like it might be exhaust

The 2nd pic looks a little thick like oil top looks a little like exhaust. I would drop the lower unit and check out for corrosion. I know it was more of an issue with the larger motors but its also around in some others.
