Planning to spend Tgiving week in Hatteras, not taking my boat, but might consider jumping on a makeup charter for offshore.

Anyone fished with the Albatross Fleet?

The two offshore captains (Ernie Foster and Brian Mattingly) are first class captains.
That time of year no telling what they will be catching.
Kings, Wahoo, Tuna ... who knows.

They know how to find fish.

The docks in Hatteras got pounded pretty hard by Matthew.
But the work fixing up is already underway.

I'd book a trip.
 
Have fished with Capt. Ernie many times and never been disappointed. The fleet is older classic downeast wooden charter boats, a bit slower and smaller than modern glass sportfishers but very seaworthy and generally a bit less expensive for a charter.
