Re-tie

I good day fishing for Stripers earlier this week. Got to a point where the action was hot and heavy with a keeper size + fish on virtually every cast. When releasing a fish the line wrapped around my rod tip and I shook the rod to release it which unfortunately somehow formed a knot in the line 8" from the lure. I knew better but was caught up in the constant action. Next cast, really nice fish no question largest of the season. Fish gets close and sees the boat, has other ideas and turns and pulls constant steady drag off the reel for more than 3 seconds then, 'dink' line snaps. Gotta love it.
