Hi,

I've just purchased a new 2520 XLD with twin 150s. At cruise speed what angle mount would get the radome approximately level with the horizon?
4-deg? other?

Also, on a SIMRAD 4G Radome is "tilt" built into the radome?

Thanks,
Jack

4* Battleship stainless mount gets it close to level depending on boat trim, however I've used it and a 0* mount experiance no difference in performance with my Garmin Fantom.

Don't know about the degree angle but I know it needs to be 16 to 18 in above the cabin to get the best signal
