my parker has a baitwell switch on the dash.

what if anything does the baitwell switch power? I dont have a baitwell on the parker 2320.
 
Mine is a dead end deutsch connector that was pre-wired from the factory. The connector was found in the aft bilge area in the wire bundle. Just plug it in to your bait well pump when your ready to install it.
 
You can find a deutsch connector kit on amazon for about 6.50. I like having them as it makes it easy to change out something if the need arises.
 
Pretty much everything on my 2015 has all quick connects. I am not 100% sure about bilge pump though so will check tomorrow.
 
I found the baitwell connector just like you said. It's in the bilge bottom left with the bundle of cables. Now I have an extra cable in the bilge but will leave it in case I add something else.
