    Scott. Thanks for the recommendation. The guys at prop gods were great. I got a 4 blade merc they recommended and the difference is amazing. They were right in the money with rpm /mph and how it bites.

    How can I find out what prop I should use. Bought the motor used and not sure what prop I should use. I put my 25 year old 17prop from my old 2stroke motor and she will go over 6,000rpms with it.

    Thanks for all the replies... I'm going to call on that 4 stroke in LI... I found a set of twins in NJ that are in good condition and owned by a friend of a friend. I may buy both and sell one but...that's more than I want to do.
