After cleaning the boat up , there has been any other damage found. Will be replacing deck with treated plywood and have it glassed back in and repainted. Thanks for the replies .

yes that is a bait well , and we think this was the source as well . The bottom side of the existing wood was glassed , was thinking this could have helped save stringer damage but accellerated the wood damage holding the water in the deck as the stringers look solid and do not appear to have...

Was letting it dry some , clean up more for more pictures. when you say stringers is this the walls that the deck is attached to for support ? Would I need to remove tanks to further inspect ? Thanks for posting pictures for me , and the input on the repair.... Chipper dog. .

Will get pictures soon, boat isn't close by at this time . The areas are around each gas tank and the live well hatch . When walking on these areas it flexes at least a quarter inch and when we removed the live well hatch to replace it the plywood there fell into the well , hopefully we will...

We have a 2530 Parker 1995 that has several weak spots, the plywood had separated around the live well hatch. In search of advise with or without pictures on the how to cut the existing out and replace the whole deck. Thanks for the replies..mark

We have a 1995---2530 with the lighter version 300 yami and get around 2.2 to 2.5 with a 1-2 foot chop and average in the 1.8 with bigger seas...average 5 folks on board with gear around 4200 to 4500 rpm...will turn full throttle around 43 mph with flat seas and around 5200 rpm...

we had a 250 ox66 1998 on our 2530 it burned around 1.2 to 1 consistently around 4200 4500 rpm..recently swaped over to the new 300 offshore seriesfour stroke the lighter version.Our first ride with 2 foot seas 28mph was getting 2.4 and on flater water in the bay it changed to 2.7....good luck...

installed the same rail back in febuary this year on our 1995 2530 parker .This was a tough job but it kooks good on the boat.The bigger rail makes a huge difference in the look.. go slow with it we used 4 sets of hands and it took 6 hours..good kuck

just dropped the sweet tea off at mikes marine in panacea fl, today to have the new 300 placed on the boat . We will pick it up next week, will try to post a picture .thanks for all your responses
