Just pulled the cable from the helm to the engine. i followed it with a length of paracord to guide the new cable to the helm. As i feed the cable through it winds up in my bilge and not following up the starboard side where the cord is going. Any suggestions?

I am getting underway in my spring cleaning of my boat. I have a yama f150. I am taking on the task of changing the fuel filter element for the first time. I have one quick question, can i dump the fuel in the clear plastic and will it prime when i start the boat next, or is this not recommended?

Recently while operating the boat, 21se, my live well has been filling up with water by itself. has anyone experienced this, or may know why this is happening?

I am installing led light strips, they came with 24 gauge wire connections. I cannot find 24g wire. I am wondering if it would be a problem to splice in 18 gauge wire. i provided a rough diagram.
