The Parker Lineup is Now Dead

Makes you wonder what the company did with the 21 and 23 molds. Will they keep them, or sell them to another builder?

One of the most unique Parker’s out there????

That is indeed a Classic Parker. So, it was a factory built 25CC inboard? What year? I only ever saw one other factory-built straight inboard Parker. That one was a mid 90's 2520 MVSC inboard that had a gas big block motor and I believe a Velvet Drive transmission. Name of the boat was "Knot...

    I/O to outboard conversion 1990 2520 mvph

Yes. Got a spare set of hatch covers and mounted the solar vents in them. When the boat is at the dock, the vents were in and set to exhaust. I also left the hatch in the cabin open which allowed fresh air to flow front to rear, under the deck. When preparing to get underway, I'd remove the...

    Soft spot in deck

On the backside of the plate is the manufacturer, a part number, (and on mine), the date of manufacture. I simply went online and ordered them direct.

    Soft spot in deck

Not uncommon if the hatches are not maintained properly. The o-rings are cheap and should be replaced annually. Also, the o-rings should be lubricated with something like snap and zipper lube to keep them pliable and help in sealing out water. It is a maintenance item that is easily missed.

Final three. 3 fuel tanks, 6 deck hatches. Hope this helps.

I will break these photos into 3 posts. The deck was too big to get all of the hatches in one photo, so I'm giving you multiple angles. One photo shows my MVSC (14 degree dead rise) sitting next to a 2520XL (16 degree dead rise). At one time, Parker built the 2520 in 3 flavors. MVSC, XL, and DV.

Actually, the MVSC can handle 3 tanks under the deck. I had the only one known to have 3 under-deck factory installed tanks. It was a 1996 MVSC. 127 gal main and two 47 gal wing tanks with a 3 position fuel valve aft. If you would like, I have photos of my deck showing the 6 access plates you...
