    Thanks for the kind words and the advice! There's nothing like real-life experience. If draft is 14" or less, it will be great. We are really happy to have a pilot house - it gets cold in Maine, even in the summer.

    It is a 1999 Parker 23SE. That's why I'm thinking it is 14 and not 16 degrees. Just wondered at the extra weight of a pilot house and its effect on draft.
