I had a similar problem on a 98 SW 200. Listen to the guy who said to replace the primer bulb. It fixed mine.

All of the 76 degree blocks drop 2 cylinders under 1800 or 2000 RPM. If this is a new purchase I would make sure it is using RINGFREE.
