Which Permatrim for a new F250?

Which permatrim would you add to a new F250?

None! Change your prop to a four blade and move the engine mounting height first.

What are you trying to accomplish? What hull? What is the current prop?

I know that others like their permatrims and will disagree.

2008 2320, old F250 was mounted 2 holes up and had a OSI Turbo 4 blade plus a SE Sport fin. Really liked how the boat ran that way.

New F250 motor will be 2 holes up as well, just need to decide which prop and if I want to install a fin again.

Think I may try a 3 blade Merc Eco Enertia before installing a permatrim.

On my F200 I added a 4 blade prop and installed permatrim. No regrets.

Agreed. Loved the performance but it cracked my AV plate and it’s been welded 3 different times since. Once that cast aluminum is cracked the leading edge of the weld to fix it will be weaker
