    Tuna tower DIY

We used ours site fishing for Cobia. Communication with who is steering the boat sucked, because they could not hear well.... They could not See what you were seeing Well to maneuver the boat into position to serve up / present a bait. In the frenzy if the captain ran over , got to close...

    Identify My 2520

You asked about Performance. Wish you had better pix's of engine mounted, But looks like it is mounted all the way down? There are Performance gains from raising the engine to where....When it's on Plane in smooth water the Anticabation plate runs at or Just below the surface of the water. You...

Fuel Tank Failure in Parker Boats

While the tanks are Lag bolted they are foamed to hold them in place with 4lb density foam. There is Nothing wrong with foaming a tank in. The problem comes from water leaking into the foam and touching the alum. Alum by nature self seals from air. There is no air circulation in the bilge...

Best location for thru hull for a/c install on 2520 MV

Easy access to plumb and not in front of your X-Ducer. Best I can do without actually looking at it.

Fuel Tank Failure in Parker Boats

Here is what you need to understand. It's all manufactures with a 15+ year old tank.... It's not exclusive to Parker. Mako, Grady White, Cape Horn, SeaVee, I've replaced a Plastic tank in a Mavrick also. Tank was warped and sender would not seal.

Armstrong twin engine aluminum bracket on Parker’s?

From what I remember....... Stainless Marine had stickers on them..... Armstrong did not.... But that really doesn't mean anything. Now Stainless Marine had Pie covers that had multi screws to hold them on. Armstrong uses Their Piehole covers which are superior. I cut the hole larger on my...

Armstrong twin engine aluminum bracket on Parker’s?

Stainless Marine use to make them. Armstrong does now. Do NOT use a Copper based antifoul on alum...... PERIOD! That includes your engine.

    Marine Radio Parker 2530

I like the Standard Horizon Best...WHY? Because it has the Smallest Footprint. Equal Power to the rest, Big numbers to easily read and yet the smallest box. Look at model GX1400G..... Has built in GPS, so no wiring to run to your GPS.

    2002 2320 repower question

Yep and I figured that would be a good prop for that one. I'd really like to see your fuel millage numbers after breakin is complete.

AGM to Lithium - 06 F225 BEP Cluster Switch

My DF300 Suzzy would do a fairly steady 14.2v..... But that would still be short of requirements.

AGM to Lithium - 06 F225 BEP Cluster Switch

In my little research.... It seems that the Lithium's do not get a FULL charge off the Alt. Lithium's need a higher charging rate which is given by a designated charger for them.

    Sharrow prop on 2024 21SE w/2023 F150

I've read about them and determined that they were out of the scope of my pocketbook to try. I would try a phone call.

Weighing options for isolated dual battery, single engine setup

1] Yes 2]No Clue... Look at the Spec and measure. 3] Delete it. 4] Not Sure..... I'd need to physically look the circuit over.... I was mainly concerned about safety and that the circuit was protected properly.

Seeking advice on repowering a 2001 2300 dvcc

I agree with what Pelagric said.... It 1st looked from the pix not to be as steep of deadrise. Bracket alone has nothing to do with it. They are easy to measure on the trailer. With a angle finder...Lay in on the bottom at the transom Port side.... Write that number down...Now on STB side...

Seeking advice on repowering a 2001 2300 dvcc

Thats a Medium V Hull [14degs] It needs a 25in shaft engine. Mine would not trim the Lower unit All the way out of the water. Same deadrise, same med V..... '95 2530 / 300 Suzzy. Didn't bother me, as the boat was trailered.

Weighing options for isolated dual battery, single engine setup

Your Looking at the Wrong BEP Cluster [BEP715-H] The one to use is [716-SQ-140A-DVSR] I've installed a LOT of these. Forget the AUX. wire. You will need to parallel the Thruster Battery with the House battery and treat it as ONE battery... BUT.... I actually do not like that and that is a...
