Hey everybody. Here’s a picture of my starboard scupper. It looks like it is cracked all the way through. Wondering if this is a big issue or not? Is there gelcoat under the tubes ? My fear is that there is not gelcoat, and that water could be slowly seeping into the core.

i found the 6 inch access plate on the same website I ordered the hatch from.

On my boat the bilge hatch was larger than any of the cabin hatches. I don’t have a bench seat as previous owner had two capt chairs. Maybe your hatch was from the bench seat?
Sounds like the boat buying process was affected by covid along with everything else. You have to live by a dealership to buy a boat there?! If this doesn’t scream red tape bureaucracy what does? Too much regulation. Ugh.
I took me a while to find out the hatch is made by “innovative product solutions”. The underside was covered in oil and dirt and I could not see the part number. If anybody is looking to replace this hatch it is plug and play. The screw holes of the current iteration match the old one. See below.
