I believe they are the same boat but I bow to those more experienced. I think Parker originally named this boat the 2320EC, then later changed it to 2330 to be more consistent across their line. I wish they would bring the boat back in production.

I love the helm on the new 2600 SH. Finally a helm with enough room to mount modern electronics. Maybe this will carry over to the other models, especially the 2120 and 2320.

5 year lurker here, finally joined again today. My last login got dropped due to not posting. Anyway, I've had 3 boats and sold three boats so next time I have to be on the buy side. I'm looking at the Parker 2120 or 2320, new or gently used. I don't have the time, patience, or skills to take on...
