Both boating safety certificate and boat license are required in NJ, tidal or not. You cant get a boat license without a safety cert.

I was THINKING the same thing the other day. Glad I didn't. I'll just have to finish putting the new stuff in while it's still covered.

Atlantic towers out of nj sells t-tops. I've seen one of the mid grade options they have, and was impressed enough that I am considering one for my 21' and made in USA!

Welcome to the site. That's a nice Sou'wester you got there. I have a 1988 Sou'wester 21. Cecil Marine in nj sells those hatches, and they'll ship them as well. They have a website you can check out too.

Located in nj. Tank and deck are original. No signs of leaks or fuel smells. That was the next project I had planned along with doing some fiberglass finish work for it to be perfect, but It is 33 years old as you said so it's not perfect. I am not the original owner.
