I had an 2003 1801 that I installed an ‘in-hull’ transducer. I took a 6” PVC threaded tube and faired it to the bottom of the inside of the hull and used 5200 to adhere it. I then notched the inside of the tube so that the transducer would sit parallel to the ocean floor, filled with mineral...

You may want to look at the classified section for the 2510 I recently sold. There is a picture in there of how I had my rod storage and tackle center.

My 2015 2510 WA had absolutely no rust on any of the components...looked at a 2018 2810 WA, and almost every component on that boat had rust or rust stain 'dripping' down. Very disappointing for what was such a reputable manufacturer!

Thanks David…. I fabricated both systems. The rod system was made with webbing and allows storing 10 rods and the tackle system was fabricated with starboard. New ‘old’ boat brought home today on a 70 mile trip… all is well!

I have a 2015 2510 Walkaround XLD with twin 150's. I honestly can say that I find that the power is more than sufficient for my use. At the time, I didn't want to add additional weight to the stern with the 200's, and the 150's are a real 'workhorse'!
