Ahoy Mateys.
I have a band new ( from factory, never installed) windscreen. It came with my 2801 center- but I think it'll fit the 25' model too? ( maybe more- but we'll let @warthog5 tell us =)
I had a custom enclosure made for my boat- so did not have the need to install it.
I reside in...
There are legions of folks who will attest to the durability of this brand..,,,
In your own words - your navigating skills are- questionable? You've run several boat brands aground?
Did this crack start smaller? Was this a result of a hard run in with the bottom?
Dudes. Yah. I'm all about the bucket and lid situation
But I just want to know what the setup is I guess? I see the discharge hose goes out the transom of my boat. I also see the pump out on the starboard gunwale. I thought there might have to be some kind of pump somewhere...because that...
Friends- chiming in on this old thread after searching for an answer.
Since surrendering my bachelorship- and inheriting 2 teenage girls in the process- I suddenly have a PRESSING need to learn about my plumbed porta potti on my 2801 center boat
These questions are laughable- I realize- but...
I use it more than I had anticipated, honestly. Typically run 60+ NM to the grounds- and despite careful planning- mother nature can sometimes be fickle....and in those moments, I was happy to see real time weather info and plan accordingly.
Additionally, I often use the sea temp data to find...
I don't seem to have the same problem you do- and mine are mounted in the lowest holes as well. Have not put eyes on the cavitation plate underway- but I would consider the spray as minimal ( or normal?). Trim behavior and response seem pretty normal too? Seems too obvious - but I gotta ask-...
Good stuff!
I think the new 29 and 26 are a nice evolution that retain classic Parker soul ( as opposed to the 24- which is a nice little boat- but does not look or feel like anything Parker). ( Interesting that those smaller models were from derived from Linwoods' vision @pelagic2530)
I'm...
I do.
Its a fat, heavy 21 degree deadrise boat. 3 + head seas and your're gonna take it a bit easier than your 24 degree friends for sure. Boat acts and feels a lot bigger than other manufacturers 28 foot boats- so I adopt the tank mentality- tab down and plow! =) I fish in the northeast...
@Alexm225 What sand bars are you referring to? The ones on the way out that line Double Creek or Oyster Creek channels?...or are you speaking of the shoaling areas outside of the inlet as you head east?-
The channels markers for both the Double Creek and Oyster Creek channels are often out of...
I love the Lumitec product. The housings are robust. Of course- if you poke around the internet- you'll find those who don't like their product- but they have been flawless for me. I had the X2 variety on the 2320- and have a set waiting to go on my 2810CC- so I could pick whatever color I...
Hello?!
Not sure what your skill level is..but this is very do able.
Scary part is drilling into your boat below the waterline =) ( and making sure you properly seal your work!)
Replaced the original rectangle lights on my previous Parker with Lumitec SeaBlaze lights. Those lights (the...
