I had one for 8 years, could never get it to run right. Had 200's on it though.
Sold it for 3K lesss than I paid last year.
I would suggest a seatrial before you buy.
Everything else you stated can be added easily.
Where did they put the generator?
My cousin has that same boat with a bracket and full transom. We fish 4-6 guys with a full livewell and no problem with wet feet, not water on deck at all.
You best bet is a bulkhead like you are talking about, also less fuel. You very rarely need to tote around 150 gallons while fishing inshore.

The aluminum bracket is one of the most neglected maintenance areas of any Parker.
When buying used, that is the biggest indicator of how well the previous owner took car of the boat.
