Sending unit length for 1996 Parker 2520 pilot house?

My 94 Pilothouse has a gauge on top of the sending unit that is much more accurate than the fuel gauge on the helm. Are those still available?

    2330 scupper problems

Would love to see a picture of your boat. I have a 94 2320 with extended cabin. Yamaha f300. Curious what makes it a 2330 vs 2320? BTW I had the wet corners too. Went to duckbills & fixed that but they let very little water out. Going to try the TH balls Warthog recommended. Parker tech once...

    HELP Cabin Carpet Removal

Wait until it looks like mangy donkey fur & smells like roadkill. I couldn't take it anymore. My '94 looks so much cleaner inside now but it was definitely not a fun project.

    Suspension seat

There are threaded bolds embedded into the floor. I installed my Pro-pedestal with no problem. Getting the screws out was mostly easy. A couple of them were stuck so borrowed a larger impact driver.

No twist at all. That aluminum plate doesn't flex at all. Just the pulpit up & down 1/4 inch in heavy seas. The 1-inch starboard the entire length of the top will definitely fix it.

That plate was expensive & works great. Flex is minimal but still going to fix it.

    Here is the aluminum plate.

It's plenty beefy especially if I stow the anchor elsewhere but I'm going to make doubly sure with the starboard on top.

Mine is solid but with the anchor, the Minn Kota & the 40-pound plate that the MK sits on it flexes too much in rough seas. I am thru-bolting a one-inch thick piece of anti-skid starboard on top of it this spring.

    Wood inside bow pulpit

Hey Fishheadgreg. Two last questions. Do you happen to have a photo of your bow after you removed the pulpit but before you started glassing? Also, how far do you think the wood runs in that pulpit? I'm trying to figure out of there is wood in the fatter part at the base. Thank you so much for...

Oh man this is so helpful. Thanks! So you did not put a new one back on?

Thanks! Mine is a 94 is yours newer? It sure looks like only screws holding it in place. Where did you run into the fiberglass problems?

Anyone familiar with these Parker bolster helm chairs?

Pro Pedestals make such a beefy product.

Mine is mounted with an offset plate too but the combined weight of the plate, TM & anchor is causing too much flex & stress cracks on the sides of the pulpit where it connects with the bow. Will probably have to remove pulpit, cut out old wood from below & replace with something sturdier.
