From my experience of dealing with WL Parker you can wash it and run it or take deck out. Your foam and stringers are most likely wet. Tank will go any time. You looking at 10-12 k repair. If you planning to use boat long therm it m be worth doing. Go with Coosa 100%

The first thing I would do is disconnect engine fuel line and feed it from small container. I had on 18 NCWL boat same issue. It ran perfect after deletion of anti siphon valve. It might be too restrictive for thirsty engine.

Looks like deck was repainted.

If it’s weathered it will quickly pick up dirt again. Look at the markings and buy new if you can find or buy little bigger and cut new opening. Seal it including old screw holes with epoxy. You will be all set for years. Order almond colored hatch.

Bought it from the person in NC who won it at the auction. Ended up changing the deck but engine was in good shape. It is my 4 th 18 Parker but it definitely different and more capable.
