put some heat on it and use a bigger wrench like good chance suggests. I use a thin coat of silicone on the threads, comes out each winter pretty easy. heat the square end just be careful of the glass.

I just bought replacement o-rings for the pie plates in my 2005 2320. Under the lid it said Tempress. Googled it and ordered. The plate looks exactly like the one in 805mike's pic.

For long trips, I store mine in a tube and just lay them in cockpit bungeed to something to keep them from rolling around. Reels are in a boat bag in cabin or back of truck. Short local trips I have a rack mounted in back of truck.

I have a 2005 2320, 20 ft of 5/16 chain with 9/16 twisted lined and windlass. Use a 18 lb Sea claw anchor made in Florida. Fish in Delaware Bay where current around a moon is 8-10 mph on an ebb tide, no problems.
