Mdaustin, Sent you a message. May be interested

    Is this a 23 se or 23 dv ?

DV based on what you said about the transom and bracket. Plus, you can see the 2 strakes/chines on the hull in the second pic on the trailer. Great boat!

Happy to help. I love it, but there’s always room for improvement. Lack of storage can tough. That must be a nonissue in a 28.

Bow Floor Storage 21SE - Anyone done it?

Rosky, thanks for sharing the stringer layout.

Bow Floor Storage 21SE - Anyone done it?

I've been using a 150qt cooler for storage. I call it the "poor mans coffin box". I'm leaning toward staying that route after all. I'm just so paranoid about doing anything to compromise the fuel tank.

Bow Floor Storage 21SE - Anyone done it?

Thank you Sir! Very insightful. Perhaps the fish box I keep on deck with the anchor set up is the best solution at this point. The age of my fuel tank nags at me, and I certainly don't want to do anything that escalates the time to replace it.

Bow Floor Storage 21SE - Anyone done it?

Bodick, Your comments are inline with what I've been thinking all along. What is the risk in exposing a portion below deck to more moisture? With that being said. Doesn't the anchor locker in the bow of the boat already drain through this void, then under the fuel tank coffin, before it gets...

Bow Floor Storage 21SE - Anyone done it?

There is not. There is a stringer/bulkhead in front of the fuel tank. I was thinking of starting with a 3” hole saw so I could take a look into the void. That way, worse case I could put another pie plate in instead of the hatch in the event there’s something in there that thwarts the project.

Bow Floor Storage 21SE - Anyone done it?

I’m close, but getting cold feet again on taking a saw to the floor of the boat. Is there any reason you wouldn’t do this?!?! Actually found someone on another Parker group who did it in a 2023 SE, so makes me think I’m not completely crazy. Pics I’ve found are below. The blue tape is on my...

Boat For Sale 2021 Parker 2300 DV center console for sale

Spinedoc, Is this boat still for sale? I see it hasn't been bumped in a while.....but I also don't see that it's been sold. Thanks!

    21 se cc 200 hp

I put a 200 Suzuki on mine. Top speed I've seen is ~42, under glass calm conditions. 3.5mpg comes to mind. It really seems to be the right size motor for the boat. I had a 140 on it originally and it was a bit underpowered.

Hey There, Project is progressing. Two down, two to go! I have a question for the epoxy experts here...perhaps I'm overthinking things...but that's not unusual. Is there a big difference between the 101 and 105 epoxy that West Marine? I bought the last pack my local west marine had and I...

Thanks Warthog, I should have been more specific in my question. The one on the far starboard side (left side in photo #2) is a bit shooter than the other one. Would you go shorter than this or does that one look right?

Getting close. Plan on doing epoxy this weekend so wanted opinions prior to. Which length would you go!with for the PVC? Shorter or longer? And go!

Bow Floor Storage 21SE - Anyone done it?

TomC...and anyone else, of course. Did you happen to find the stringer layout for a 21SE? Also would be really interested in any other input on this idea. Most importantly, what possible negative aspects there may be. Cutting a huge hole in the floor isn't something I take lightly! Thanks!

Appreciate the tips. Yeah, I plan on masking the heck out of the work area since I'm sure they'll be plenty of "overflow" to deal with. I won't tackle this phase until after the holdiays since we're away. Thanks again to all for their input. Don't know what I'd do without this forum. I'm sure I...
