    Wheelhouse/doghouse build

    The powder coat will last long as long as you apply a good wax and if you rinse with freshwater after use. I removed my front windows and did my rocket launchers in powder coat and lasted years without any sign of corrosion.

    Hey just repowered my Parker 2520 MV with a 2022 Mercury Seapro 300. RPM tange for this motor is 4800-5600. What prop size and pitch should I start with?

    So the dealer called me and just realized that this particular model is manual shift and throttle cable only so DTS is no longer an option for me to try bummer. On a good note I will have new power for my boat

    I am getting some new power on my 2003 2520 with a merc seapro 300. Should I go with the DTS throttle system or just stick with cable shift and throttle? Also anyone else running a merc 300 on their 2520? What prop dimensions are you using?

    2520 XLD Seadek for interior cabin

    I did my 2003 2520 with Dekit which is a much more superior product than seadek. Just like firerider4 mentioned about aqua traction it a much more dense closed cell foam that cleans up easier.

    Anyone here have the factory Parker gelcoat for a 2003 2520? Don’t need to buy a whole gallon I can settle with half a quart or maybe a quart.
