Difference in ride quality between 16 and 21 dead rise. Choppy waters mainly.

I think the deep"er" V really shines in a tight chop. Swells not as much of a difference in my experience. My 21' se would be brutal w/out tabs, gotta use that steep bow entry to slice threw the chop a little. As far as shallow water capability w/ the mod-v I don't think its much of a...

Parker 2012 Parker 23 se , is 225hp 4 stroke Yamaha same year enough hp for a 23 se

Well said, and a 150 will push a 21se to 40+mph w/ a fairly heavy load. I want to go down in prop size slightly but 225hp should be plenty for a boat 2' longer than mine.

    Burn rate / performance on 2019 23se

I have a 21' se w/ a 150 yami, fuel mileage is great. I usually cruise at 15-30mph at 5 to 7.5 gph. I'm over propped so not sure where those numbers will go once i get a smaller prop. Going by the fact your boat has 2 more feet in the stern and 50 more hp I think you'll just burn a tiny bit more.

21SE for Mass North Shore waters?

I got my 21se last June, turned 100 hours around the new year. Sure the boat pounds but it is a simple efficient cheap boat to run/own. I've had mine 44 miles from the inlet or 32 miles east of nj inlet. Sometimes we can only do 7-10mph and every once in awhile we can make 30+mph. Trim tabs are...

What Wax/ Sealers/coatings do you guys use?

I'm looking for the best product for the cushions? The stuff I've been using works good till u wash the boat. The white part of cushion is fine but the grey mesh stains up on me.

Maximizing the live well on a 22' 21'se

I got a bigger cast net coming soon so that will help tremendously. My little 5 footer net is good for 1 to 3 bunker if u get lucky throwing from bow/anchor locker area. I've been hitting the live well with the wash down every few mins trying to get some more oxygen in there which is helping...

How Far have you been Offshore in your Parker?

Furthest from inlet was 44 and about 35 off the beach on 21'se. Got are arses kicked a few times but thats part of the small boat game. Fuel mileage is epic on my boat, 6+ gallons an hour doing 27mph in nice seas. I spend more on truck fuel to ramp then boat fuel every single trip.

Bass chewing good in central/north jersey.

I've gone 4 times and the worst trip was 4 to the boat. We've had 3 over 50lbs(carefully quickly weighed in the the net and swam them w/ a fish grip to get them going again) My family had all gotten there PB's on the 1st trip this fall. Yesterday we got 15 to the boat which were all 32" to...

What’s changed since correct craft bought Parker?

I dealt directly w/ the parker website. They were in contact with my dealer. The Worst rod holders were the bow rod holders that the dealer threw in as part of the deal. If I knew they were gonna jigsaw a hole and use screws I would of never asked them to throw them in.

Maximizing the live well on a 22' 21'se

Last weekend was the first time I've used the live well, seemed about 6 adult bunker was the max. These were snagged bunker not netted. But I was wondering if anybody adds another pump/bigger pump or some sort of airator. I thought maybe a couple air stones on a bubbler pump may help or possibly...

What’s changed since correct craft bought Parker?

I ordered my 22' 21se in december and took delivery on june 8thish. 1. On my way home from dealer to front speaker screws fell off and ripped the wires down to mid ship. Somehow the speakers bouncing on the deck a hour ride home still work fine. 2. rod holders were a mess, no backing plates and...

Where are all the Barnegat Inlet parker owners at?

I trailer from Belmar to LEI, only tuna trips out of barnegat so far. I'm hoping the bass we caught last weekend just north of belmar show up in lbi like in the beginning of the this month. I see the manasquan boats are doing well as well as belmar still so maybe next week after the NE blow Lbi...

    Finally got her bloody improperly

I had a nice salty ice slurry for him and packed his cavity after gutting. Really tasty fish, sand eels make them taste good...

    Finally got her bloody improperly

Went 29 miles to just turn around since forecast wasn't coming true. Could only comfortably make 8 mph so decided to throw spread in and troll back to inlet. About 2 hours into way back we got a good knock down that stayed tight. I cleared the other lines while brother kept boat pointed into...

    New 22 21 se

It's a solid boat but couldn't imagine not having tabs. I've had mine out 20+ miles off of Jersey and hope to do 30+ this weekend if weather allows. She pounds and tends to be wet at the helm when tabs are down in rough seas. Check your rod holders, parker will send u backing plates if there not...

    Experience with newer 21SE?

I'd say it's a pretty capable boat, w/ the mod v it will pound in a tight chop. But while drifting or trolling it's rock steady compared to the other boats were fishing next to. I watch the deep v's rock back and forth all day while we barely flinch. The fuel mileage is awesome, gonna find out...

    Experience with newer 21SE?

Just got mine, 20 hour service done last night. Took it 25 off of Jersey on Monday. It will pound and soak u if you push her hard. Tabs are a must for comfort but will cause more spray. I got the 150 which is plenty. Been in some big swells and tight 2 to 4s and never felt unsafe.
