Boat For Sale 1987 Sou'Wester 18 1998 Suzuki 140

I'm parting ways with this 18' 1987 Parker Sou'Wester as my plans have changed and now need something larger. Hull is in fantastic shape (just needs a good cleaning). The deck appears to have been replaced, but not sure when and is solid as well as the transom. The t top appears to be a custom/homemade but is in decent shape. Dual batteries with Perko switch. No electronics. The 1998 Suzuki 140 fuel injected 2 stroke fires right up and runs great, there is a crack in the lower unit near the skeg I'll try to get some pictures of. The boat was previously a freshwater boat. The trailer is a 2007 with new tires and recently repacked bearings and is in fantastic shape. Title in hand for the boat and awaiting for the title for the trailer. Registration for the boat is good through next year.
