Hi guys and girls,
Just wanted to introduce myself. I picked up this 1996 Parker 1800 with 1996 Yamaha 115 from a member here and just want to share it with you!
I am a guide up on Long Island NY and needed an upgrade from my beat up 1978 Maverick 18'. I stumbled upon this boat and had to see it. Boy was I glad I did! It must be one of the cleanest 1800's around.
Looking forward to sharing some thoughts and modifications as well as fishing stories with you all. Thanks for having me!

-Dave
I'd love to share some pictures once I figure out how to resize them.

Here are some pictures. Took it out for the first ride yesterday and the motor ran like a top. WOT 33kts in a 2’ chop.

Good looking rig. Congratulations.
I think an 1801 will be my next boat.

Had the boat out again this past weekend scouting for stripers. Saw a few popping but not much life. Loving the boat!

Congratulations NorthIslandFlyLT. I was number two in line to come down from MA and grab that and you beat me to it. My truck was loaded and I had a fist full of cash but I could tell from the pics that the first person to see it was gonna buy it. Beautiful boat and awesome price. Congrats!

Nice boat! One comment, I don't recall ever seeing a swingback helm seat that was not supported just below the seat level.
Yours is only supported at the bottom pivot, which seems to be a lot of potential stress on that point, if you or a passenger rides
sitting down in any kind of seas.

Nice, I have the same boat and year! Love it.........

Dave doesn't have that boat any more - he's in a JB20CF now. He still has that jacket though.

But love the boat PeanutBunker. I'm looking for an 1801 myself.
