2002 Parker 2110 WA with 2012 F150 Yamaha. We bought it used in 2012 from the original owner and it had a 130 Honda on it with 96 hours. The dealer commissioned it, launched it, delivered it to the owners Maine Island house and after 2 months of use each summer hauled it, serviced it and stored it. A real gem of a used boat. The 130 was way underpowered with this deep V hull, and in 2013 we had it repowered with a 2012 leftover F150 Yamaha from the same dealer. It runs great. Getting the "right" prop was the key. We had a Yamaha Reliance SS 3 blade prop 14.5" diameter by 15" pitch installed. With full fuel, 2 adults, and about 300# of gear on board we get 21-22 knots at 4300 rpms, and 33 - 34 knots at 5900 rpms. We added an SE 300 hydrofoil to get easier on plane. It worked great with this motor, prop, and boat with no trim tabs. No other major upgrades. We use the boat for Island Hopping off the coast of Maine. Drop the crew and gear off on the beach, anchor at right depth off shore depending on wind and tide, and kayaking into the beach. I normally use the main anchor on shore and a 10# mushroom off the stern in most wind directions. At the end of day we pull the main anchor line to bring the boat into shore and the mushroom just skids across the bottom.
