Notched transom

Work done generally in reverse chrono: Barrier coat bottom (bottom was gouged on mooring), new lower unit (hit rock), rebuilt tilt trim, replaced deck scupper drain hoses, replaced bilge and deck locker drain thru hulls with stainless and Marlon, replaced deck locker drain hose, binnacle control maintenance (grease, replaced seized screw mounts), new bilge pump and float switch (a couple times, the last with a whale electronic switch), new washdown pump (a couple times), new antenna (broke in driveway), new wash down thru hull / valve intake fitting, new wash down hose from fitting to pump, a couple new anchors and line, rebuilt steering wheel pump and rams, fixed engine exhaust corrosion issue, a few battery replacements, replaced captains chair mount, replaced fuel tank fill vent and engine supply hoses, replaced cockpit deck hatches, replaced trim tabs and motors, replaced bronze engine splash well thru hulls, new rear circuit breakers and battery switch, replaced rear ground bar, removed corrosion on trim tab switch controls (many times), rebed transducer (a couple times), new horn ( a few times the last with an electronic one that has lasted so no more SS bugle that corrodes), added racon water separator/filter, added Fusion stereo with satellite radio receiver, added Bluetooth dongle, replaced Bimini straps and strap pull fittings (several times), new Bimini cover

Needs: new washdown pump pressure switch (broken), new shift and throttle cables (sticking/broken), exterior stereo speakers (corroded and one not working)

Possible future needs: replace interior carpet (it's shedding), add a cabin power auto vent, remove seal and reinstall rubrail, replace 17 year old GPS fishfinder.
