In the picture posted the tabs are down, but they are not stuck. Great observation!

They are Lenco trim tabs and I have never had a problem with them. They are the largest tabs lenco recommended for the 21 Parker. I highly recommend this. Invaluable on windy days in the harbor and essential when offshore. As noted in other Classic Parker forums, all the SE models with a 14" deadrise can porpoise or start pounding when the wind and waves come up. Especially in the FL Gulf where the wave periods and swells are short in comparison to the Northern Pacific or the Atlantic. With the larger trim tabs fully down and the cut and height of the Parker bow you can snowplow through the waves and stay on plane.

Many of the bows on the newer hybrids from Scout, Everglades, Grady White etc. look to me like modified bay boats. Not like the Dorado, Gause Built, Adros or Parker SE hybrids that boast higher bows with sharp entries that enable you to go safely offshore 30 miles on good days.

Sold my Parker 2100SE yesterday. Came down a few thousand more than I desired but I live in Punta Gorda and we had some major house damage from Hurricane Ian. Don't have time to focus on selling the boat. A young Yamaha technician with his own business and avid FL east coast fisherman was the buyer and will enjoy it for many years. I have sense the market in this part of FL has slowed down quite a bit since gas is up and interest rates have risen. Classic Parker was a great resource.
