I have 2003 Parker CC DV with a 250 Yamaha 2 stroke .Looking to upgrade to 300suzuki 4Stroke that weights 169lb more .Is that two much additional weight to add to transom

The answer is No..... But you didn't say which model.

This is exactly what I did back in 2013. '95 2530 with 250 2 stroke to a DF-300 Suzzy.
You WILL be Grinning from ear to ear.
