How does everyone prevent the front trailer bunks from rubbing the thru-hull fitting when putting the boat on the trailer. Our 2520 (deep v) is finally here - yippee! We repurposed our old trailer and made a few bunk adjustments so far. We are going to modify the front bunks to make them longer to overlap the back bunks, but it seems where they should be placed for support will still be in the way of the thru-hull fitting. Where they are now definitely rubbed that fitting when getting her on the trailer. Looking for ideas / suggestions on where to place these bunks to prevent damage to the through hull. Thanks

How is it rubbing the thru-hull? Are you floating the boat on to the trailer or sliding it on to the bunks with the winch?

I don't see a problem......I think your worried about Nothing.

I've seen where forward Keel bunks have covered the thruhull up and the folks wonder why a well was holding water...LOL

We use the engines to push the boat up far enough on the trailer. We can’t float it on due to the ramp angle.
