hi
What part is missing on the door for the head on this 2830? It helps keep the door closed when someone is in it. Some sort of hinge that locks both door pieces…

This is the only thing I can find online, half of some kind of part…

Anyone out there with a 2830?
Hey dmdude, There were very few 2830's produced, so there's less chances one of the owners will hear your call..... I like the 2830's (possibly my favorite Parker), and would consider a trade-plus-comp if any 2830 owners see this thread... (we have a 2520)...

I’m aware of the rarity. What’s funny though when I finally decided to go for it and buy one, there were 3 on the market! What are the odds of that? I got to pick my favorite.

I run a charter with mine but if I didn’t I probably would have gotten the 2520.

Weird. What helps keep your door straight when you shut it?

Here’s a few pics. There is a plastic piece on the other half of the fold that will lock the door in place so you can’t push it in with the head occupied.
